How long does delivery take?

Shipping length may vary depending on your location. Please see the shipping timelines below for more information:

United States- 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on your country and local courier.

Canada: 9–15 business days
United Kingdom: 8–15 business days
Australia: 8–14 business days
Rest of the World: 6–20 business days

Please note that international shipping timelines may be affected by customs processing or local courier delays.

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

My order hasn’t moved for a few days. What should I do?

During high-order volume periods such as holidays, promotions, or special launches, delivery may take slightly longer than usual. 

While delays can happen, our team works hard to ensure orders are shipped and delivered as efficiently as possible. We truly appreciate your patience during these times

Do you offer expedited or overnight delivery?

At the moment, we offer standard delivery for all orders. This option provides reliable shipping with tracking so you can follow your order’s journey.

While we don’t currently offer overnight or express shipping, we’re actively exploring these options for the future. As soon as faster delivery methods become available, we’ll be sure to share the update.

When should I contact customer support?

Before reaching out, we recommend checking your tracking details first, as most delivery updates can be found there.

You should contact our customer support team if:

  1. Your tracking hasn’t updated for 7-10 business days.

  2. Your order is marked as delivered, but you haven’t received it.

  3. Your delivery address was entered incorrectly, and your order has not yet shipped.

  4. If your country is not listed and you want to place an order.
