Not completely satisfied with your Cupid's purchase? No worries, we’re here to help!
1. Contact Us
If you are not completely satisfied with our product, email a customer care representative at [email protected] with your return request or chat with us directly through our live chat function on our website!
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Return the Product:
Once an agent processes your return, please return the product (in its original packaging) via a trackable mail service within 30 days from the date of delivery to the address provided by our customer care representative.

Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please Note:
- Returns are only eligible for Mainland US orders.
- Your Reference ID must be included on the outside of your parcel, please contact [email protected] to receive your Reference ID prior to submitting your return. If your Reference ID is missing from your return it will not be accepted.
- Please declare the correct number of bottles to be returned to the customer service team upon your return request. Any discrepancies upon what is returned vs. what is submitted could result in additional delays and a potential denied return request.
3. Provide Tracking # and RMA # to Support Team
After you ship your order, please send us the tracking number as well as an image showing that the RMA number was included in the package label. This is important as we cannot process the return without it.
Important Note: If you have 2 separate orders, the orders should be returned in 2 separate packages. Please ask our customer support representative for 2 separate RMAs.
4. Refund Process:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the credit used in the transaction. Any shipping costs are non-refundable.
Claim Validity:
Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
5. Follow Up:
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at [email protected].
Fraud Prevention: To prevent abuse of our return policy, Cupids reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if a customer has previously taken advantage of our policy. For example, if you’ve already returned one product and then decide to return another to get a refund despite using it, we may decline any additional returns or refunds.
Discretion: This policy applies to any and all returns for the same order or new orders. Cupids has the sole discretion to refuse additional refunds or returns after one has been granted.
