Can I Return My Order?Updated 6 days ago

CUPIDS offers a 30-day return policy for eligible orders. To start a return, you must contact our customer support team first. You can email us at [email protected] or chat with us via live chat on our website.

Important: Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted. All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

How do I return a product?

Once your return request is approved, you’ll need to send the product back in its original packaging using a trackable mail service.

Returns must be shipped to the address provided by our customer support team:

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns are only eligible for Mainland US orders.

  • Before sending your return, request your Reference ID from support and include it on the outside of your package. Once shipped, please provide our team with:
  1. The tracking number for your return shipment
  2. An image showing your Reference ID on the package

This ensures your return can be processed quickly. If you have multiple orders, each order should be returned in separate packages with separate RMAs.


How do I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at [email protected] or start a live chat session.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Incomplete or illegible claims may be deemed invalid, which can delay or prevent your refund.


Is there a possibility that I won’t get a refund?

To prevent abuse of our return policy, CUPIDS reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if a customer has previously taken advantage of the policy. 

For example, if a product has been used or previously returned, additional returns may be declined. This applies to all returns for the same order or new orders, at CUPIDS’ discretion.
