How to Return Your Product:
1. Contact Us:
Email our customer care team at [email protected] with your review and money-back request.
Remember, items sent back without first requesting a return won’t be accepted. Make sure that the request is done within 30 days of the delivery date. Otherwise, we will not be able to assist you with the return request.

Your Reference ID must be included on the outside of your parcel, please contact [email protected] to receive your Reference ID prior to submitting your return. If your Reference ID is missing from your return it will not be accepted.
After you ship your order, please send us the tracking number as well as an image showing that the RMA number was included in the package label. This is important as we cannot process the return without it.
3. Shipping and Handling Fee Responsibility:
Since we offer free shipping initially, customers returning a product will need to cover the initial S&H costs, calculated using UPS shipping rates.
4. Claim Validity:
Ensure your claim is complete and readable. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible claims won’t be accepted.
5. Refund Process:
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If it is, you’ll see the refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
