Return and Refund Limits

Limit on Returns: Each customer can return up to 2 items. If you need to return more than two items, we’ll be happy to offer an exchange for another product.

Preventing Policy Abuse

Fraud Prevention: To prevent abuse of our return policy, Cupids reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if a customer has previously taken advantage of our policy. For example, if you’ve already returned one product and then decide to return another to get a refund despite using it, we may decline any additional returns or refunds.

Discretion: This policy applies to any and all returns for the same order or new orders. Cupids has the sole discretion to refuse additional refunds or returns after one has been granted.
