Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. Return the Product:
Once approved, return the product (in its original packaging) via a trackable mail service within 30 days from the date of delivery to the address provided by our customer care representative.

Your Reference ID must be included on the outside of your parcel, please contact mailto:[email protected] to receive your Reference ID prior to submitting your return. If your Reference ID is missing from your return it will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for shipping costs back to Cupids. The refund is calculated as follows: Customer total order minus S&H (provided by our customer care representative) minus a 20% restocking fee.
Since Cupids incurs shipping costs to provide free shipping, customers who choose to return a product will be responsible for paying the initial shipping and handling fee (S&H), which will be calculated using UPS shipping rates.
Claim Validity:
Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
3. Refund Process:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the credit used in the transaction. Any shipping costs are non-refundable.
